Acronis True Image Cloud: Acessing Acronis Archive Fails with "File is not available"

Symptoms

1. You have uploaded some files to Acronis Archive.
2. You try to open the Acronis Archive drive.
3. The attempt fails with:
   File is not available
4. The archived data can be accessed from Family dashboard.

Cause

Acronis Drive service is stopped.

Acronis Drive service is launched by Acronis Scheduler2 Service. Start this service:
