Acronis True Image 2017: Touchscreen Does Not Work Under Bootable Media on Surface Pro 3

Symptoms

1. You boot your Surface Pro 3 with Acronis bootable media.
2. Touchscreen does not work in Acronis bootable environment.

Cause

Issue in the product.

Solution

Acronis development team is working on the issue. It will be fixed in future updates of Acronis True Image. This article will be updated as soon as the fix will be available.

As workaround, use Touch Cover while working in bootable environment.
