Acronis True Image 2017: "Cannot Copy the Selected Disk" Error after Restoring Files from Cloud

Symptoms

1. You have an Entire PC archive in Acronis Cloud.
2. Using Web Restore, you select files/folders from an older backup version in this archive and click Restore.
3. Then you open Acronis True Image in Windows and try to restore this archive.
4. "Cannot copy the selected disk"  error arrears. Recover now is greyed out.
