Symptoms

  1. You try to access Online Dashboard.
  2. Web page does no open. The following error is shown:

    The JWT token has expired or is invalid


Cause

Issue with specific Acronis accounts.

Solution

Please contact Acronis Customer Central to get the issue resolved.
