Acronis True Image Mobile: error "Please check NAS network preferences, and then reopen the app" appears on application start

Symptoms

You receive following error while launching Acronis application on your NAS:

Please check the NAS network preferences, and then reopen the app.

Cause

Your NAS firewall blocks connections on TCP ports 58081 and 58082.

Solution

In your NAS firewall, open TCP ports 58081 and 58082.
