Acronis Backup: how to restore files from backups of NTFS volumes with Windows native Data Deduplication

Scenario

You have a Windows Server 2012 (or later) with Data Deduplication enabled for its NTFS volumes. You have created a backup of this server and want to restore some files from this backup.

Solution

You can restore individual files in one of these ways:
