Acronis Disaster Recovery Cloud: remote console is disconnected

Symptoms

You have opened a Primary server/Recovery server in the failover or test failover console. After some time of no activity in the console window, it shows the "Remote console is disconnected" message and you do not see the server's console anymore.

Cause

There is a 20 minutes timeout. If there has been no mouse/keyboard input in the console window, it disconnects by design.
