5nine Cloud Security: Why can't I access Cloud Security Web from other devices on the same network?

Issue

I can access Cloud Security Web from my management server, but when attempting to connect from other computers on the same network it sticks at the login screen.

Resolution

Please open ports 5000 and 9000 TCP inbound on your Cloud Security management server.
