DeviceLock DLP: Configuration - Resolving ‘Certificate is Not Installed (1328)’ Message

Description

DeviceLock applet returns the ‘Certificate is not installed (1328)’ error when being launched from Control panel. Temporary white-listing, or importing service settings is not possible.

Comments

The error indicates that no DeviceLock Certificate (the public key) is installed on the computer.

Install DeviceLock Certificate. Please see User manual for details.
