Acronis Cyber Backup Cloud: Remote desktop connection fails with "The action is limited"

Remote access fails with the following error:

The action is limited
The remote desktop connection functinality is available for the XXXX because the device has no appropriate service quota assigned that allows the requested action. To change the quota manually, go to Details>Service quota

However, the device has an appropriate quota assigned.
