Acronis Backup 12.5: How to change timeout for alerts or deactivate them

Introduction

In some cases you may want to change the timeout time for alerts produced by Acronis Agent or disable a certain type of alerts to better adapt to your business needs.

You can change the severity of an alert or disable an alert completely by using the alerts configuration file as described below. This operation requires restarting the Agent/Virtual Appliance.

Changing the severity of an alert does not affect already generated alerts.
