Acronis Cyber Backup for Plesk: single sign-on does not work

Symptoms

You are using Acronis Cyber Cloud for Plesk extension and have single sign-on enabled.

When clicking Go to backup console, you are redirected to the login page and have to enter your credentials manually instead of being automatically logged in.

Solution

Update Acronis Agent to 9.0 version. This article describes how to update agents.
