Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud: Filter by "Status" does not work in the backup console

Symptoms

Filter by "Status" does not work in the backup console. For example, you want to filter out devices with an error, but the output shows devices with the 'OK' backup status; or you have cleared this device alerts, but it is still in the device list filtered by 'error' status.

Cause

Issue in the product.

Solution

The issue has been fixed in update 20.08.
