Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud: 'Active alerts' widget is empty

The Active alerts details section in Daily activity report and Active alerts details widget in Overview dashboard is blank even when alerts occured.

In the widget, alerts are grouped by "Customer name", "Folder name" or similar.
