DeviceLock DLP: Configuration - Resolving DL Tray.exe/OLEACC Message

Description

On user logon, after desktop is loaded the error message "DLTray.exe was unable to locate the component OLEACC" appears. Further symptoms may include wireless devices not starting up unless removed from the system and re-added.

Comments

The error may indicate a failure during DeviceLock installation.

Recommendations

1. Make sure you have the 'OLEACC.dll' file in system32 folder on problem machine(s). In case it is missing, reinstall DeviceLock (run setup.exe)

2. Execute: REGSVR32 OLEACC.DLL.
