DeviceLock DLP: USB flash drives not detected by OS when plugged in a DeviceLock controlled computer

Description

After plugging in a USB flash drive, it does not appear in 'My Computer' window, or has no assigned system letter.

Comments

The issue may indicate the lack of DeviceLock access permissions for 'SYSTEM' account for USB Port and/or Removable.

Recommendations

Make sure that 'SYSTEM' account is added into USB Port and/or Removable access control list with 'Full control' privileges.
