DeviceLock DLP: MAC OS X computers with DeviceLock Agent installed cannot start after major OS version upgrade

Description

MAC OS X computer with DeviceLock Agent installed on it is not booting after major OS version upgrade (e.g. from 10.1<b>3</b> to 10.1<b>4</b>).

Comments

This issue may indicate that some of the built-in system accounts don't have enough permissions to complete the OS upgrade process.

Recommendations

1. Uninstall DeviceLock Agent from MAC computer before upgrading to the new MAC OS version.
