Blue Screen of Death (BSOD), or system restart (depending on the configuration of the 'Startup and recovery' settings) can be observed on computers with DeviceLock Service and Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 installed.

This is a know compatibility issue of Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 with a number of other software products, including DeviceLock. For resolving this compatibility issue Kaspersky Lab released a private patch pf5038.
