Description

Front side USB ports are malfunctioning on DeviceLock controlled computers: the devices plugged into the ports are not recognized by operating system, while motherboard integrated USB ports are functioning correctly.

The issue may be caused by DeviceLock detecting the internal hub the front side USB panel is connected to, as a keylogger.
