The DropBox client fails to connect to remote server during synchronization.

Comments

DeviceLock uses its own certificate to encrypt the SSL traffic, while some websites / applications can only work with a predefined certificate.

Recommendations

To allow DropBox to synchronize with its servers, add the following addresses into the Protocols SSL WhiteList:

*static.reverse.softlayer.com;
*dropbox.com;
*.compute-1.amazonaws.com.
