DeviceLock DLP: High CPU load and disk usage when burning and shadowing a CD/DVD

Description

High CPU load and disk usage when burning and shadowing a CD/DVD. The symptoms are:- When a CD/DVD is burnt, and shadowing for CD/DVD is enabled DeviceLock Service still loads CPU- DeviceLock Service I/O Write data size is larger than the original burning data size, and never stops growing.
