Acronis Backup 12.5: ビルド12730にアップデートした後、削除されたオフホストのデータ処理計画が開始されます

事象

  1. Acronis Backup 12.5 のアップデート4(ビルド 12730)をインストールしました。
  2. アップデート後、削除されたオフホストのデータ処理計画(レプリケーション、ベリファイ、クリーンアップ)がスケジュール通りに開始されます。これらの計画は管理コンソールに表示されないため、削除もできません。

原因

この製品の既知の問題です。

ソリューション

この問題はビルド12860以降で修正されています。お使いの製品を最新ビルドにアップデートしてください。


Acronis Backup: Linux上でスケジュールされたバックアップが開始されない場合

Linux上にインストールされた Acronis Backup を使用しています。スケジュールされたバックアップが開始されません。バックアップ管理コンソールには何のエラーも表示されません。

スケジューラのログ (/usr/lib/Acronis/Schedule/) には、以下のエラーが表示されます:

2019-03-01T13:50:01+0000 schedwrapper-bin(9177)(0): Intf:crontab_intf:Already inited.

Acronis Backup:「The format of name is not supported」というエラーメッセージが表示され、Exchange の認証情報の指定に失敗する場合

しかし、以下のエラーが表示されます:

Acronis Backup 12.5: Hyper-V の役割が有効になっている場合、コンピュータはライセンスを失います

事象

  1. サーバーOSではないオペレーティングシステム(Windows 7/8.1/10 など)に Acronis Backup 12.5 エージェントをインストールしました。このオペレーティングシステムでは、Hyper-V の役割が有効にされています。このエージェントには、ワークステーション用のライセンスが割り当てられています。

    特定のコンピュータでHyper-Vの役割が有効になっているかどうか確認するために、Windows サービスを開いてください([スタート] -> 検索 -> Services.msc を入力)。そこで、「Hyper-V」で始まるサービス名がないか確認してください(例えば、「Hyper-V 仮想マシン管理」など)。このようなサービスがあれば、Hyper-V の役割が有効にされています。

  2. しばらくしてから、ライセンスはエージェントから取り消されます。以下のメッセージが表示されます:

    「ライセンスが必要です。」

(!)この記事は、サーバーOSではないオペレーティングシステムで Hyper-V の役割が有効にされている場合のみ適用できます。

Acronis Backup Integration with Plesk/cPanel: mounting a recovery point fails if backup contains exclusions

Symptoms:

  • You configure a backup plan with Plesk/Cpanel extension
  • The backup plan is configured with file-filters in it and is working correctly
  • You try to mount the created backup from the Plesk/Cpanel management console
  • Mounting fails with the error message "failed to mount the recovery point"

Acronis Backup Cloud: cannot restore backup with error "Peer did not respond or did not hold deadline"

Symptoms

  • You created a backup plan with Acronis Cloud storage as a destination. You run the backup plan successfully 
  • When trying to restore any recovery point, the process just hangs on Loading
  • When checking the PCS logs on the agent machine, you see the error message like:

Symptoms

  1. You updated to build 13400 from an earlier build of Acronis Backup 12.5 or Acronis Backup 11.5/11.7
  2. After update, it is impossible to log in to web console: a message "Loading..." appears, and then login page is shown again.
  3. If you check Acronis services, you notice that Acronis Management Server Service does not start.
  4.  The following error appears in logs:

Acronis Backup: Backup fails on a system with SoftRaid

Symptoms

  1. You back up a macOS system with RAID set up using SoftRaid
  2. If external USB drive is attached to the system, backup fails with the following error:

    Selected volumes were not found: RAID 5

Cause

SoftRaid is currently not supported by Acronis Backup products. Correct functionality on systems with SoftRaid is not guaranteed.

Backup or replication to Cloud Storage fails with the following error:

Could not connect: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

Prerequisites

Prior to performing the backup, make sure that the below prerequisites are met:

1. Hyper-V Integration Services must be up-to-date and running inside the virtual machine(s).

2. In order to avoid VM going into "saved" state during backup, make sure that the Integration services -> Backup (Volume checkpoint) option is enabled in VM settings in Hyper-V Manager.

Symptoms

You have Acronis Storage 2.4 and want to upgrade to Acronis Software-Defined Infrastructure 2.5 (Acronis SDI 2.5).

You initiate the eligibility check for the cluster upgrade to 2.5 and get the following error:

Cause

Acronis Software-Defined Infrastructure 2.5 does not support configuring LDAP/AD via the management panel.

  1. You installed Acronis Backup 12.5 Update 4 (build 12730 or higher)
  2. When you try to open an encrypted backup on tape to browse files/folders, you are not prompted for a password,
  3. You receive the following error:
